A series of short-form real estate reels produced for multiple property developers in Dubai. The goal was to create emotionally driven, high-end social media videos that inspire viewers to take action and invest in premium units.

The reels were designed to highlight lifestyle, atmosphere, and aspiration rather than just square meters — focusing on the feeling of living in these spaces. This approach helped companies showcase their projects in a more human and cinematic way.

My Role

I was responsible for the full short-form editing and localization process, including:

  • Cutting and restructuring raw real estate footage into high-impact short reels
  • Color grading to create warm, luxurious tones that match Dubai’s real estate mood
  • Adding motion graphics, titles, and callouts to highlight key selling points
  • Creating multiple language versions: English, Arabic, Persian (Iranian), and Turkish
  • Syncing captions and VO across all language variants
  • Optimizing pacing and format for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

  • Adobe Premiere Pro – editing & pacing
  • DaVinci Resolve – cinematic color grading
  • After Effects – motion graphics & titles

Challenges & Solutions

1. Balancing emotion with information:
Real estate ads need to sell details and feelings at the same time. I used clean text callouts for prices and features while letting the visuals and music carry the emotional weight.

2. Creating multi-language versions that still feel natural:
Each language has a different rhythm and reading speed. I adjusted timing, text layouts, and transitions so English, Arabic, Persian, and Turkish versions all felt smooth and native.

3. Standing out in a crowded real estate market:
By using cinematic grading, smooth camera-based transitions, and lifestyle-focused shots, the reels looked more like mini films than generic property ads.

Result

These reels helped multiple companies promote and sell premium units at higher price points, thanks to the emotional tone, polished visuals, and multi-language reach. The content drove strong engagement and generated real interest from both local and international buyers.
